About
Position
I am a Chief Technology Officer and systems architect working on large-scale, AI-powered enterprise platforms. My work spans multiple regions, regulatory environments, and business contexts, operating at the seam between engineering depth and executive decision making under uncertainty.
I am particularly interested in the moment when human cognition becomes the real bottleneck. Beyond a certain scale, technical problems stop being technical. They become cognitive, organizational, and architectural. This is the boundary where my work begins.
What I focus on
- Architecture as a primary risk-control mechanism
- AI as an organizational layer, not a product feature
- Human cognition as a hard system constraint
- Long-term stability over short-term optimization
How I work
I start with constraints. I make assumptions explicit. I design for failure before success.
If a system requires constant attention to remain under control, it is not finished. Good systems feel quiet. They allow decisions to happen without friction.
