Decision Systems for Enterprise

I design systems that transform operational data into decisions that can be made without cognitive overload. The goal is not automation. The goal is decision compression.

Architecture at Scale

Multi-region platforms operate in hostile environments: latency, regulation, partial failure, human error. I treat resilience, isolation, and compliance as emergent properties of architecture, not as processes layered on top. If these properties are not visible in the system design, they do not exist.

AI Agents & Orchestration

LLM-based agents are not tools. They are structural components. I design agent systems where context is bounded, reasoning is constrained, and outcomes are explainable for business users. Without these properties, scale turns intelligence into noise.

Executive-Level Engineering

At executive and board level, speed matters less than correctness under uncertainty. I work where information is incomplete, risks are asymmetric, and decisions are irreversible. Here, architecture is not acceleration. It is uncertainty reduction.
